I leveled with it to prove that u don't need frost to level faster ... and I liked it =D

Glyph of Arcane Missiles +25% crit dmg, I'm procced for it so I pump more dps.
Glyph of Arcane Blast +3% dmg, same reason as above actually
Glyph of Molten Armor +20% Spirit=Crit, who doesn't like high crits?

We enforce all our raiders to enchant their boots with tuskarr's vitality, if you dont have it please state a reason
I have +Spirit atm for extra crit

In my free time I play WoW, watch movies, go to parties, I'm an amateur DJ (yay), I work at the local "yought house" or however u call it in English, I'm responisble for all the barsupplies (read: BEER!!)
Also I'm a snowboardteacher, can't wait till next winter comes ^^
And that's about it ... quite an exciting life ey? *cough*

Yeh I opened 20.000 ports on my router and my computer, so he went sending packages trough all ports at the same time and just couldn't handle it. Also it seemed that my ethernetcard overheated ... so I bought me a new one and a new windows 7 and now it's all ok ^^

PS: I know I'm over hitcapped, but it's not my fault, as u can see there are no echants or gems that give hit :-p only my trinkets need a replacement asap

OK 1st off. You are massively over your arcane hit rating, im aware lots of gear has alot of hit on it atm, im massively overlapped myself but im just been thorough.

Gems,

You have 2 +20 haste gems in your leggings currently,. would spell power not benefit you more? as focusing on yellow gems is apparently a dps Nerf when compared with orange gems, might i suggest Reckless Ametrine

Your chest enchant. exceptional mana, 250+ . i don't see a reason why you would have this enchant as with almost 26k mana you shouldn't be having any problems if you use your evocation and mana gems effectively. id strongly suggest switching to  Powerful stats enchant. 10 plus stats

You have. 1! 25 man achievement.  for killing flame leviathan You have not got THE KEEPERS OF ULDUAR 25, achievement which suggests you haven't cleared much of ulduar at all.

This could be wrong, it could be the website playing up, but can you comment on this incase im indeed wrong.

Yeh well I don't blame you tough, anyone  can say they have done all that stuff ;-)
I'm on this mage since, I think october ... and yes, the achievements on my mage are quite the reason I'm applying here, our previous guild didn't really put any effort in raiding (ask Pias)
And I know I'm waaaaay over hit capped, really trying to do something about that hehe, the +40Haste on my pants are actually new, but i don't really mind the -46SP hehe The T9 gear ... grinded that the first 3 days I was level 80 ^^ Currently I'm trying to pug ToC and HoR for a descent offhand, but no luck so far.
TY for the approval on Talents btw ... I got declined in several guild because they said my build was the worst they've ever seen ... I think thats why my dps pwns any other mage of those guilds (Gscore accordingly)

Talents


You need to talent arcane barrage as its an important part of your arcane rotation.

You need this talent because when your casting arcane blast it stacks a debuff on you which makes the arcane blast cos more mana the more times you use it, Idealy you cast

AB, AB, AB, AB, then IF your missile barrage procs you cast arcane missiles after the 4th cast,

However if your arcane barrage dosnt proc by the 3rd cast,  you use your arcane barrage which you dont have talented to eliminate the stacking debuff.
So you will have to change your talents to take advantage of this otherwise your builds not gunna be as effective as it should be.

REMOVE YOUR TALENT FROM  INCANTERS ABSORPTION and put it into ARCANE BARRAGE And that should help you with your cast rotations.

EDIT: Nvm, new patch nerfs it again so it will only work with mana shield on. So off to respec, if u got any other changes pls tell me before 5pm EST so i don't have to waste to much money to fix 1 talent point all the time hehe ;-)

take 1 talent out of magic absorption put it into incanters absorption,
You have ok, now, if you want 3rd talent in incanters absorption either take out of  magic attunment or spell impact, 1 talent point. pfff

Gems
For your meta you need 1 blue gem, this should always be a Purified dreadstone (12sp10spi) you could be forgiven for having more than one of these to get Certain socket bonuses, I do not like to see SP/Stam gems on mages its a waste of stats!
you seem to be going for socket bonuses alot, eg you legs are not viable 23SP > 20 haste no matter what so you are gimping yourself for the benefit of socket bonuses 2 x reckless would be better.

Spec

you dont need magic absorption so you have 2 spare points
you should have arcane barage not only for removing the debuff(not that that is a problem really) but AB is ideal for when fights cause movement in the raid.
your frost specs are pretty much w/e you want as long as you have IV and Icyflows i see you have 2 points in frost warding, do you use this wards often in your rotation? i dont so I opt for more frost crit with ice shards

Gear
you should be grinding the hell out of ToC normal to get the haste trinket!
Stats on chest > 250 mana

some basics missed in this application. Its not up to me, GL, you should here form an officer soon hopefully

And the last week I've been grinding herbs to make money to get those specific gems
So I only did my random daily heroic and occasionally a pug.
